Each item is lovingly hand made in our studio and quality checked once finished and before dispatch. Due to the hand crafted nature, no two pieces are exactly the same.
Great care is taken to ensure that photographs and text descriptions are a true representation of the products so that you receive items that you are happy with.
Delivery within the UK is free for all orders. Orders are sent via Royal Mail.
Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right address.
Goods are aimed to be dispatched within 1-3 working days from receipt of your order. If you have an urgent request, please get in touch and we may be able to offer an express service.
We hope you are completely happy with your Make & Mend purchase but if you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss the issue and come to an agreement on how best to address it.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning an item, it is recommend that you use a recorded service as I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach me. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty.
If an item is created to bespoke criteria, that is to say if it has been made to specific size or colour then it is not eligible for a refund. Please do bear this in mind when ordering.
